住宿生您好：
2024/1/14-1/21是只要把IP和MAC填上即可使用網路，如未在期限內完成 ( 1/21 23:59以前 )，仍可申請，但要等到整點十分更新過後才可以使用
寒假期間，除了春節期間( 2/9~2/14 )外，網管小組不會在宿舍服務中心值班，而是採用線上報修(https://forms.gle/gSAHG9bGPcekMGcZ7)的方式，有關MAC設定以及超流的問題將不會派人進行處理。
煩請詳閱住宿手冊上的規章以及操作步驟。
如有其他需要協助的地方，請填寫線上報修單或寄信詢問(若撥打網管小組值班電話將會沒有人接聽)
網管人員會盡快回復並到房間維修，回覆之信件將統一都寄到住宿生的WebMail的信箱。
